Necessary preconditions:

• They must be private sector workers and the company must have no more than 49 employees

Interested employees who want to join the subsidized seminar must be insured with IKA and provide the following documents:

• Photocopy of Police ID/Passport
• Official documents showing your VAT number, DOU, AMA and AMKA
• Bank Account (iban), in which you are the first beneficiary
• The highest degree or diploma that the employee possesses

Indicative Seminar Subjects (the employee chooses one of the following offered programmes)

• Learning Italian at A1-A1 level with the possibility of obtaining a degree recognized by the ASEP
• Learning English with the possibility of obtaining a degree recognised by the ASEP
• Basic digital computer skills (word-excel-internet) – Leads to certification
• Strengthening mental health in times of isolation or crisis
• Communication skills for personal & professional success
• Distance learning – familiarisation with the use of a distance learning platform
• First aid at home and at work
• New European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679.

• Stress management in the workplace
• Personal self-improvement and professional development
• Training of Adult Trainers
• Internet Marketing and modern sales techniques – e-commerce
• Workplace safety and security issues and dealing with emergencies (earthquake, fire, theft, robbery, hostage-taking, etc.)

Participants, upon successful completion of the program, are given a Certificate of Attendance.
