As required by the European Regulation 852/2004 and in accordance with the provisions of YA 14708/10-08-2007/FEK 1616/B’/17-08-2007, those working in food handling positions are required to attend a specialized training program on food issues. Immediate start in Thessaloniki and Volos.
Possibility of remote attendance.

The price includes the fee of the Hellenic Food Safety Authority.

These programmes aim to ensure quality, produce safe products and protect consumers through effective and appropriate training of food business staff.

Education and training programmes for food business staff concern the training of staff of businesses (food handlers) that produce, process, store, transport, transport, distribute food or are involved in retail, food distribution, catering and confectionery or are food production or processing workshops, e.g:

  • restaurants, taverns, restaurants, food workshops
  • pastry shops, cafes, cafeterias
  • grocery stores, kiosks
  • food distribution companies, food warehouses, etc.
