Subsidized Voucher Program for unemployed 25-45 year olds of the Ministry of Public Administration, year 2024! “Digital and Green Skills” Skills Upgrading and Retraining Programme in High Demand Sectors:
- Theoretical training with distance synchronous and asynchronous training lasting 80 hours.
- Acquiring Certification of knowledge and skills in the subject of training.
- Total Training allowance 400€ (5€/hour of training)
The programme is implemented in the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0” with funding from the European Union – NextGenerationEU.

Who is the programme for?
Unemployed people aged 25 to 45 with an active unemployment card. It covers upskilling and reskilling in high-demand sectors, focusing on digital and green skills.
How many hours is the training?
80 hours of theoretical training, delivered at a distance through both synchronous and asynchronous learning.
How much is the allowance?
A total training allowance of 400 euros, that is 5 euros per hour of training. On completion you also receive certification of knowledge and skills in the subject.
Which documents are required?
A copy of your ID card or passport, a copy of your qualification, official documents showing your VAT number, tax office, social security and AMKA numbers, a bank account IBAN where you are the primary holder, and proof of renewal of your unemployment card.
